ZIM-K

Based in Sapporo, ZIM-K became fascinated by scratching after seeing DMC JAPAN footage in high school and bought turntables on entering university. Since around 2015 he has competed in scratch DJ battles across Japan. He placed second in the Japanese scratch division of the international IDA competition in 2022 and won the scratch division of the nationwide KAMIKAZE DJ BATTLE in 2020. His powerful scratches and distinctive style captivate audiences.
